Carefully place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the product is in its original condition.

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
